This Privacy Policy describes how TODAY (the “Company”) collects, uses and discloses your personal data, and what rights you have with respect to such processing.
What data is TODAY processing and why is TODAY processing it?
TODAY collects and receives personal data in a variety of forms and for different purposes:
The Company will process your data when it has to perform a contract, which can include the provision of coaching sessions, conduction of interviews or facilitation of workshops. The types of personal data processed for this purpose includes: (i) name, email, job title and any contact information necessary to enter into a contract with you; and (ii) any information provided by you during the coaching sessions, completion of assessment forms, conduction of interviews or facilitation of workshops. TODAY may also use such data for analysis and study cases in order to improve and optimize the performance of the Services in compliance with the retention period detailed below.
Subject to your consent, and as long as you do not withdraw any such consent, TODAY processes your data obtained through cookies, as described in more detail in the Cookie Policy.
TODAY may also process your data as required by applicable law, legal proceedings or regulation.
For how long is your data retained?
TODAY will process the data necessary to perform a contract as long as the contractual relationship with you is in force and during the three years following the end of said relationship.

In order to create and manage assessment forms, TODAY relies on Typeform.
In order to create and manage personality assessments, Today relies on Crystal.
Subject to your consent, interviews might be recorded through Zoom and transcribed by Sonix.
Subject to your consent, TODAY might report coaching hours together with your contact information to the International Coaching Federation.

Personal data is anonymized to the extent possible. Coaching logs are stored as offline documents and protected by confidentiality obligations.
